BALLOON LANDING

The FORESTERS had their annual TURKEY BINGO last night. I told Paul we need to go I'm feelin lucky today. I won a TURKEY the first game we played. Then if you bingo after that you win cold hard cash. I hit another BINGO for $15 and the BLACKOUT for $50 it was so AWESOME. I felt bad for Paul so I gave him 15 and the turkey I kept the $50. We did not get home until almost midnight.
This morning we were awoken by the sound of a hot air balloon. We have seen them during the summer many times but this sounded really close to the house. Paul got up to investigate and it was landing across the street in the cemetary. I hurried and grabbed the camera. It was COOL!
We are going to Utah for Thanksgivining to see Paul's mom and Dale it will be exciting.

FINALLY

I am finnaly getting caught up on my blog. I can't believe it has been a month and a busy one it has been.My helper at work decided to quit and stay home with her son. I miss Angela alot. We are on our 3rd replacement now. #1 stopped showing up for work, #2 quit while I was off for Deric's wedding and now we have #3 she has been there for almost a month it just might work out.
Deric never fails to keep me stressed out. It took me a week just to recover from the wedding and all the stress. (yes Deric you know what I am talking about)
The week after recovery our new oven arrived and Paul installed it. It works great. The first thing we baked was a pizza imagine that.
This last weekend on Saturady we went to a fund raiser for the animal shelter at a farm near my dads house, went on a hay ride, picked out pumpkins, and won 3 prizes from the raffle I was feeling lucky. We then went to my dads made some candle holders, had a bonfire and bragged about being the big winner. Today we went on a bike ride, wrote an english paper, took some chairs down to Paul's new office next to the crematory thats kind of creepy to me, and had Brian and Mat over for dinner.
I will try to keep up on my blog but between working, school, a husband and 2 teenage girls my life is pretty crazy.

New oven

Last weekend Paul installed our new oven. We did not have one all summer we just used the grill or we ate out. It is getting to cold to grill and to expensive to eat out all the time. He is turning into an awesome little handy man except when he tried to fix the tile in the shower but we won't talk about that.

Wedding

I know it has been way to long. Here are some long overdue pictures of the wedding, reception and moving day. Who knew that a time could be joyous and sad at the same time. It was wonderful and we love Jenna and her family.

We have been doing some things since my last update. September 6th we had our 1st annual work BBQ at Dr Jansen house. I also went to Jenna's Bridal shower that day. September 8th was FREE day at the Spokane County Fair. We like to go see the hypnotist show it is so funny. They also had a kangaroo that was pretty awesome. We saw a GIANT watermelon. The prettiest scarecrow that I have everseen. Keely and Brian went to Jail for riding on the kiddy rides. (not really but I do have a picture of them in Jail). Watch the video and the slide show for all the excitement.

TAGGED

Well Marissa tagged me to welcome me to the world of blogging. The sad thing is that the people that I know of that have blogs are the same people that Marissa tagged. So I will try this.
The rules Link the person who tagged you. Mention the rules on your blog. Tell 6 unspectacular quirks of yours. Tag 6 fellow bloggers by linking the them. Leave a comment on each of the blogger's blogs letting the know they've been tagged.

1. I am really OCD about matching. If I wear an outfit I like everthing to match. People at work make fun of me. I tell them they are just jealous. What is worse sometimes I make Paul match the same colors I am wearing. I know WEIRD uh?

2. I make up nick names for peolpe. Sometimes someone reminds me of a character in a movie or cartoon and soon they have a new name. Not everyone has a name. So don't think I have some speacial name for you and I didn't tell you about it. Actually Paul gets in on the game to. Keely and Brian for expample we have nicked named Audrey and Jack from the movie "European Vacation "

3. I love to read in the bath tub. If you ever see our Church magazines they will most likely have pages that look like they have water damage. If it doesn't that means I was bad and did not read it.

4. When I retire I am going to sleep in everyday. I love to sleep in an ideal church time would be 11;00 for me but we have 9:00 time right now. That is hard I like to stay up late. The other night I was up late working on a project and cleaning the kitchen Paul got up and asked what the heck I was doing.

5. I like to read but I like non-fiction books. My life has enough drama I don't need to add any to it. (hee hee)

6. I have not always been so overweight. In 1997 I weighed 100 pounds less. I have recently been working on that and hope to lose it over the next year. That is why Paul and I bought bicycles we are getting serious about losing weight. I have to tell you a story that encouraged this. When we went to visit our kids in Boise we went on a climb up camels back. I told Paul that 11 years ago this would have been no problem for me and that I do not want it to be anymore. THANKS KIDS for the inspiration to be more fit and healthy. We love you all.

Wedding Events Begin

We have had an exciting week.

1. We have been riding our bikes everyday. It has been a great time. We are suffering from a small ailment of saddle sore. We are hoping that gets better as we continue to ride. We are going to North Idaho bike riding with my dad & mom on WSednesday.

2. Jenna had one of her bridal showers on Thursday night. I can't believe Deric will be married in 26 days. We love Jenna she will be a great addition to our wonderful family. We have been truly blessed with the spouses our children have chosen.

3. Brian Keely's BF has set a BAPTISM date for September 20th. He has been taking discussions at our house on Sunday's. I am truly happy for him.

4. I have been packing Derics things up to get ready to move. I have to admit it does make me tear up a bit but I know he will be in good hands.

Big Surprise

Well I am pretty stoked Paul let us buy bikes. It took me awhile to convince him. He had a bad experience on his mission like crashing into a tree. So he is not real excited about bike riding. We are trying to get into shape besides round. I rode to work one day last week the weather wasn't very good most of the days. Paul will try riding to work this week. (hopefully he avoids the trees) or I will never hear the end of having to get bikes.

THIS WEEKS ADVENTURES

Dog Olympics

After church today we rode our bikes to a school near our house that every year they hold what I call a dog show. Paul informed that it really is not a dog show so I call it now the dog olympics. If was almost over by the time we got there but it was a nice ride and fun to see the dog go throught the obsticle course. If I had only trained Riley we could enter the show.

Dylan's Birthday Party

Saturday we went to "Elvis's " aka Dylan birthday party at my dads house. We always have fun at my dads. We made bubbles outside, squirt gun fight, had cake, opened presents and Dylans favorite ride the four wheeler.
